The Multilingual Children’s Book Festival
Get ready for three days full of stories, languages, and new encounters! The festival program includes multilingual readings, creative workshops, live illustration, puppet theater, music, exhibitions, and interactive hands-on activities for children and families.
Discover inspiring children's books from around the world, create your own stories, meet authors, illustrators, and artists, and browse our children's book fair featuring independent publishers.
You can also look forward to the premiere of our UNTOLD STORIES children's cookbook, which brings together recipes, memories, and stories from our community.

Throughout the festival, publishers, authors, and organizations invite visitors to discover multilingual children's books and diverse stories. The Children's Book Fair creates a space for new perspectives, connections, and inspiration for children, families, and everyone who loves stories.
Accessibility & Care
A space for everyone
Accessibility is a fundamental principle of UNTOLD STORIES. The festival is designed to be a space that is sensitive to discrimination and welcoming to people with neurodivergence.

All activities are voluntary. No one must speak, read, perform, or share personal experiences. Each person chooses their level of participation.
Organised by lilipad
Lilipad creates multilingual libraries and educational spaces for children with refugee and migrant backgrounds. Through books, stories, and creative activities, it fosters places where children can discover their own voices and share their stories.
